Union Chequers Bank is committed to safeguarding the health of our members and employees. As we’re monitoring the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to keep you up-to-date on information that can keep us all safe.
We’re focused on ensuring that all critical member services are uninterrupted while taking this public health concern very seriously. We’re putting measures in place at our branches and Support Center that have been recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Here’s what you can expect to see when visiting a branch:
- Employees cleaning frequently touched surfaces, such as ATMs, doorknobs, phones, and counters.
- Employees limiting physical contact (including handshakes) between themselves and members.
- Fully equipped hand sanitizer stations or wipes.
Here are a few ways you can stay safe:
- Do your banking online at Union Chequers Bank.com or using our mobile app. You can send secured messages, check your balance, transfer money, and deposit checks through eBanking.
- Give us a call at +1 (757) 859-9933 to conduct your banking over the phone. We can help you get set up on eBanking, start loan processes, and more.
- Use drive-up windows or ATMs if you’re uncomfortable coming in to a branch.
- Stay home if you have any symptoms of sickness.
- The CDC recommends that those showing symptoms of COVID-19 should wear a facemask to reduce spreading it to others.
Protect your financial health:
